London called

I'm not going to try retelling the events of my six days in London. It can't be done. But here's a few highlights:
  • Getting lost at Fabric. Countless times.
  • A three-hour walk of shame on Saturday afternoon.
  • Messy scenes at the bagel shop on Sunday night.
  • Dragging myself out of bed on Saturday evening and carrying the last of Mike's belongings across Walthamstow.
  • All-day breakfast with Dani on Thursday.
  • Finding a miniature cricket bat while looking for pints in a bush.
  • Attempting (and succeeding!) to find the underground bar in Shepherd's Bush.
  • Angry taxi drivers and the faces they pulled outside Fabric.
  • Attending the Stop the War G20 rally at Trafalgar Square.
  • The armful of fliers I'd amassed by around 5am on Saturday.
  • Late-night channel hopping with Jack Johnson.
  • Banana toss.
  • Arriving at Stef's place in my lion persona.
  • Acquiring three bread crates in Acton. Discarding the two that weren't up to our standards.
  • Taking one person's house off the market and putting their neighbour's on.
  • Late nights at Stef's with Goldeneye and Mario Kart on N64.
  • Celebrating my half-birthday on Stef's birthday (!!) for the first time. Doing so while wearing stupid hats.
  • Getting inked (again).
I'll add some photos when I've got a spare second - watch this space.
